Wrist Lock Variation – Breakdown

Dave Weinberg leads us deeper into various wrist locks. This particular wrist lock is the opposite movement to the “outer” wrist lock. This type of wrist lock is common as well in various martial art demonstrations and is frequently seen in movies. It’s an effective lock and is easy to apply.
