Day 3

Safe Roll Instruction.

If you are new to working out or it has been a long time since you moved your body make sure that you follow this dynamic warm-up. If you need a little extra time to loosen up before the flow workouts then add in this video.

Day 3 it is! Follow along as Dave teaches foot movements 3 & 4 and Jon takes us through another functional flow workout in which the transitions start to get harder. Take your time and practice the rolls.
