If you are new to working out or it has been a long time since you moved your body make sure that you follow this dynamic warm-up. If you need a little extra time to loosen up before the flow workouts then add in this video.

Welcome to Boot Camp. In today’s video you will learn foot movements 1 & 2 for self defense. You will also be taken through a functional flow workout. Follow along and at anytime you need to take a break pause the video and catch your breath. Some of the movements will be new to you so take your time getting them right. The boot camp builds quickly on these foundational workouts.
